PRESS
A
compact Laboratory Hydraulic capable of producing a force about
10 - 15 Tones required. Higher Capacity Presses are

POLYMER
FILM MAKING EQUIPMENT
It is intended for preparation of Cast Films or Sheets from
Polymers like LDPE, HDPE, PP, etc. By simultaneous
application of heat & pressure and by using suitable Dies the
samples are prepared.
Applications :-
* To prepare Cast Films for studies in IR / FTIR
* To prepare Cast Sheets to study physical
properties.

DIE & PELLET HOLDER
Most commonly used Die for IR Works is of 13 mm Pellet Size.
Other Die sizes available are :

FILTERATION KIT

particulate contamination
from liquids. Ideal for final filtering Solvents and
Buffers.A Diaphragm type small compact Oilfree Vacuum Pump is also

INLINE
FILTER HOLDER
These
holders are meant for filtration of bacterial sample to test
sterility. This can also be used for
filtration of HPLC
Samples through 0.2 mm and 0.45 mm membrane.
Membrane materials to be chosen as per solvent from
Teflon, Nylon, Cellulose Acetate.

HPLC
COLUMN OVEN :
When
HPLC Analysis is to be carried out at temperature above ambient,
Column can be kept in the Oven which maintains the desired
temperature. It's
box type design facilitates ease of handling of the Columns
without disconnecting them from the tubing. Accommodates 2
Columns at a time as large as 20 mm OD and of 30 cms
length plus Guard Column.
The specially designed
Temperature controller with unique Set Point adjustment &
large bright LED
Display makes the System fast and accurate
and helps to maintain immense temperature stability Solid Block type
heating arrangement ensures uniform temperature throughout the
Column Length.
The Column fittings can be checked for leaks outside the Oven
thereby avoiding
Spillage of Solvents inside the Oven. Compact and aesthetically
designed construction.

AUTOMATIC KBr PRESS

The Automatic version of the
KBr Press is developed keeping in mind the need of saving
manual labour & attaining uniform pressure & better quality
of KBr Pellet. It is electrically
operated& stops at set pressure with built in pressure switch. |

For normal IR technique 15 ton press (Model AP-15) is recommended, whereas for other applications
such as XRF, 30 ton press (Model AP-30) should be chosen.
